V wouldn’t have to much difficulty getting to the top without cancer waved over his head through out the story there would be nothing holding him or her back

I always wondered what would change if V was faster on the draw in that situation. Especially since he won’t get Silverhand but he might be able to save Evelyn. Not to mention Goto might be more hostile in hunting V.
