Imo I think smasher would shoot himself the first chance he’d get.
Being a “functional” cyberpsycho I don’t think Smasher would be able to tolerate V’s level/lack of cyberware. That being said I think his engram would be way more aggressive than Johnny
I think about the same for me. It really depends on what kind of V you play as. Would need a different carrot and a different stick for Smasher but in the end, I think would still get a long fine.
He’d be the voice of restraint the way I play.

It’s an interesting question because we don’t really know a lot about his personality. Would he be worse than Silverhand as an engram? They’re both incredibly bloodthirsty, unstable individuals. Adam has something of a personality and is clearly capable of existing around other people without murdering them, so I don’t think he would necessarily try to kill V up front.
I see V becoming more and more psychotic. Her personal relationships start to fall apart as Adam’s tendencies begin to take over her own. She aggressively seeks out cyberware, chroming herself far beyond her limits. Adam eggs all of this on, eager to see V become a hyperviolent killing machine and relishing the slow loss of her sanity.
Unlike Silverhand, there isn’t even the flimsy justification of hating Arasaka to guide his madness in the end.
As crazy as Smasher may be, I think he might know a way to split off from you and Adam definitely doesn’t come off as anyone particularly patient. He might actually have a cure up his now engram sleeve in his desire to go back to his carnage soon as posible. The only question is will his cure kill you in the process?
Alternatively, he might just be absolutely livid Arasaka would dare engram him, push V to get some really drastic chrome if not just straight up sell him on a full blown borg body and absolutely rampage through the company in the most brutal way possible.
I believe they would hate each other even more than V and Johnny at the beggining, and Smasher would try to take control more often. With him in head, V would take anti-relic pills like skittles. Probably only option to survive would be Arasaka, as other depend on Alt (didn’t finish PL yet). He’d have a hard choice, either survive and let Arasaka control Smasher too, or eventually pull the trigger. Or, depending on Smasher’s death details maybe they could make a deal to team up, yet I quess V would loose his humanity then, and die anyway.
I think Smasher’s consciousness would rapidly degenerate and dominate V’s consciousness.
Johnny Silverhand still had human rationality and emotional conflict, memories and trauma that conflicted him, and (at least in my mind/game/perception) comes to relate to V and combine.
I think Smasher would be a lot more aggressive and a lot more punishing to V. (He’d see her mind as another go)
You know Baulders gate 3 how it has the Dark Urge playthrough? It would be like that but in Cyberpunk so probably amazing and narratively thrilling lol

Johnny was aggressive at first, until he realized V could help him in some way.
There is nothing Adam Smasher wanted that V could have gave him. That – mixed with the overwhelming tolerance for Cyberware Smasher has, he would probably trip out the moment he woke and **actually** put some iron in his mouth and pulled the trigger.
V would have died the night after he/she got discharged from Vik’s clinic.
Remember Joker from Arkham Knight? That would be Smasher.
Probably influence you into plugging him into some robot body. He’s switched bodies regularly for leisure prior to this. He would lie about the process killing you and probably take your chrome for spare parts
Smasher as an ally would be tight
He would take over the body the first chance he got and that would be it for V.
I like to think if he wasn’t able to take control for whatever reason then he’d just be screaming bloody murder in the corner about the fact we haven’t murdered everyone we know yet
