    I kind of feel like they had a scene planned for the casino and they ”recycled it” with the Hansen party scene, where you play roulette with the twins.

    It could have been so easy to add the option to open it up…walk in, play Gwent, flirt with high end joy toys…

    The area is also somewhat developed too. If you noclip over to it, you actually can walk around the casino a little bit. Just watch out for areas where you just fall off the map though.

    That sealed off tunnel in north oak was supposed to lead to this casino. If you noclip you can see it

    What are you talking about? All you had to do was acquire approx 6 vehicles, circle the walled off area for hours until you found the one section that was far enough into the playable area of the map that you could actually walk up to it, use the ariel vehicle spawn glitch until you create a makeshift staircase to the top of the wall (charge jump helps), and the survive the fall to the bottom. Then BOOM, casino, assuming you’re on an early enough version to avoid the patches for the things I mentioned. Fucking casuals /s
