Top left seem to be cooler bracket mounts for your socket

Bottom left are PCI-e covers for the back of your case, for when a GPU isn’t installed.

Ever build a Lego set and realize you have about 5-20 random pieces that are left over? Same thing. Seriously tho, the only bit that are important are those antennas that you need to attach to the wifi antenna connectors on your mobo.
