1) Panam.
2) Judy exists.
3) I would rather play the rest of the game than have a fake relationship with a pixel girl.

If you’re running a sniper build, you’re pretty much forced to prioritize Panam in order to get the Overwatch silenced sniper rifle, which is the most powerful early game sniper.
Not that I’m complaining.
