He’s always been breathtaking.
Facial lighting geometry was improved across the entire game. You can disable it in your settings to see what a significant difference it makes, especially on the high budget models like main characters.
Johnny just gets better every time that’s all.

All characters look amazing in cinematic moments, but not in usual gameplay.
And they added in a second emo model for Johnny if you want him to have a side buzz and a comb over
