Last playthrough was with a netrunner build, I would just explode their cars before they got close lmao.
My current katana build is far less nonchalant but no less deadly.

Fr tho like there are several instances of cameras confirming your identity. 1. Going through Dogtown gate 2. Going down into Alex’s safe house below her bar 3. Getting scanned WHILE DISGUISED as the French netrunners. Those are only lithe instances I can remember. It really feels that CDPR forgot about that plot point

Car Quickhacks make this problem go away so easily. You can either hit them with the emergency brake and outrun them or blow them up. Either way it works.
