All this looks great, congratulations!
However, I’d like to note this: the UPS in the list can only yield 960W (see its datasheet, 1600 is VA, not W). Then, major components: CPU peak draw 300+W, GPU 500+W. Let’s say, PSU efficiency is 90% – it really can be even worse under half load. So, 800 / 0.9 ~ 890, add ~100W for other components (monitor, etc), and we are above the UPS capabilities.
Probability of such a coincidence is really low for sure, but better safe than sorry.
From a practical standpoint, just avoiding CPU and GPU simultaneous overload (that means, synthetic tests, as games are usually not that severe) might be enough.
