   Adjust your active hours in Windows Update Settings, this enables just Shutdown and just Restart options next to the update ones. [Looks like this](https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/install-updates-shutdown-menu.png)

   And if you press Sleep, then it will wake up in the middle of the night by itself and will do absolutely nothing
