that is one FUBAR keyboard. just lookinr at it, i get a headache
Andr33k
Full size for life. I need my numpad. I also wouldn’t mind a few macros but I prefer a lower profile keyboard. I currently use a Cooler Master MK750. Love that thing.
Izan_TM
I mean, IDK if I really need 50 billion keys like that but having at least a full size keyboard and a few macro keys would be sick
Dubbleagent_hmm
That is way to big for me and my desk, also I never use a num pad the only thing I miss with a 60% layout is arrow keys.
But honestly if you use all those keys you do you!
Maukku1
It really depends what you use the keyboard for. If you only play fps games, 60% is just fine and usually looks a bit cleaner. For work tkl or a full size usually will do depending on the nature of the work, and for some games you want a keyboard with 500 buttons because all of the keybindings you have to set.
Bossnage
60% keyboards are so stupid and its so annoying that so many keyboard pcb’s with the features i want are 60%
rienholt
Okay. What is that? I need it.
slappada-bass

Blacksad9999
I don’t ever use the numpad, so even a regular full sized keyboard is just kind of pointless for my use case.
_b33p_
tbh I always thought the rgb trend was dumb. I don’t need a num pad. I’m also old.
PalpitationNo4375
This is the most beautiful thing I’ve seen in my life.
Yes, I 100% agree with you.
“Hey wanna pay more for less keyboard” no. No I do not. That shit sounds like a scam. I want more keyboard for my money not less
TouretteEd
TKL for life
Regeditmyaxe
I like compact so my mouse isn’t smacking my keyboard when I play FPS games
Mediocre_Tank8824
Love my 60% keyboard for gaming.
AJL42
I use a 60% works fine for light typing and Gaming. Keeps a bunch of room open for my mouse
petrolhead0387

OP getting ready to stretch for the WASD to mouse reach
frogmicky
Wow I like full size keyboards but I’d have to live in Texas with this one lol.
fnv_fan
I don’t think it’s stupid
endless_8888
But bro, how will they take aesthetic desktop photos with poorly positioned Paradigm speakers, a $50 palm rest, a giant digital clock screen saver and random laptop sitting on an angled stand next to their Elgato?
Dragobrath
I used to have an old gen K95 with macro block that had 18 keys, and a numpad. I loved using it for productivity, but the numpad really got in the way of the mouse, so I was constantly moving the keyboard around left and right, depending on what I was doing.
Eventually I bought a southpaw full-size keyboard with numpad on the left side. That was one of the best QoL upgrades that I had in years. First of all, it’s way more convenient to use numpad with left hand when your right hand is on the mouse. Secondly, you have a perfectly placed block with extra keys for gaming. And I have the convenience of TKL that leaves more space for mouse.
Flash24rus
I need it for flightsims
Rivetmuncher
Fundamentally, I agree, but the given example’s definitely a bit much.
Also, why the Hewlett-Packard are the arrow keys not their own separate island?
NoDryOnlyHigh
Damn is that really a thing? What is the use of that. I only have two hands
TheFirsttimmyboy
Then don’t buy one?
Xactally
If you like extra keys, why wouldn’t you just get a Stream Deck to pair with a normal Keyboard?
FakerNames
It’s a 4 player keyboard
pinezatos
that’s why i’m still rocking my g19 from time to time, what i wouldn’t give for a re-release with mechanical switches and argb
TheRealStevo2
You use all of those buttons anytime you sit down to play a game? If not then that’s exactly why people have compact keyboards. I don’t need a million buttons, 75% of which I’m never going to touch except for maybe in one particular game.
peresman81
Full sized keyboards are the optimum choice for me, but the one you showed in the picture is too much!
lemon65
100% my dude, more keys == more better.
KingFurykiller
Yes. It is stupid. Not everything needs to be tenkeyless; some of us need our numpads.
And you ALWAYS need the function keys
oo7demonkiller
if that keyboard in the picture was wireless, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I really don’t understand the cut down keyboard trend. more buttons equals more capabilities like specific key combinations being remapped to a hotkey.
MyMicGoBoom
Yeah I don’t like it. Some of them look cool but I like buttons.
MysticKeiko
No. It’s not a trend, it’s people realizing there’s no sense is having a bunch of space on your desk wasted by keys you never use. By all means if you need them or work or study, but I have 65% and still have a few keys I’ve never touched
But this….thing, is an exception. I kind of want it but my desk space says no
AlphisH
Yes, i hate the trend of compact, unheard of custom keyboards filled with pointless artisanal keycaps using some unique lube formula and an aviator cable.
Victornf41108
You own a full size keyboard because you want all the keys you can get.
I own a compact keyboard because my desk is very small.
We are not the same.
TONKAHANAH
dude I want a whole ass Batcave, Dexters lab, fuck’n Nasa ass terminal full of dials, switch, buttons, key pads, and levers.
but the room man.. i dont have the room 🙁
Striking-Count5593
I don’t understand how anyone can live without numkeys. Or dedicated F keys when you’re a gamer.
Eastcoastkilla1
I do I hate those damn 10 keyless boards my hands are also twice the size of them soo
gladbmo
If it doesn’t have a numpad if isn’t a proper keyboard.
These 60% and 80% boards are for people who want form and not function.
“My desk needs to look pretty.”
Brock0003
Yes aesthetically small keyboards look great but as someone who uses my computer for more than just gaming give me all the keys!
