Sometimes i have a memory related errors in games and BSOD. 3200 runs much better but 3600 is stated to be supported.
I ordered PC build and my shop put a stick in a slot where watercooler tubes were pressuring on it so it might be a reason for them to be this form.
I used this sticks for about a 1.5 years and after some windows+BIOS update the problems started to happen. Sticks are really hot in demanding games (i think about 60-70c degree)
I just bought Kingstone sticks just to see if there is a problem in this RAM but did not tested new sticks yet

I would guess it’s adhesive tape, you can use a hairdryer to heat the heatsinks to remove them. you can then remount with better thermal pads/tape of use a better heatsink. alternatively just point a fan at them and they should be fine
