Ran into my first clown today

Overall the community has been great. Today I ran into this clown, Tackyshot. First he drove up on us when we were about to take the vehicle out of the garage for a delivery cargo mission and he blew it up. Fine whatever we move on he proceeds to drive following us and blow up all vehicles around saying “use your legs fatties.” Again whatever we just continue doing our own thing. Then after a few minutes when he wasn’t getting the reaction he clearly wanted he started using racial slurs. “Use your legs before I lynch you n***ers.” This kept up until we went to exfil which naturally he came along and continued the racial slurs. I reported him but not sure if that is really effective. Just a heads up to avoid him if possible.
