For me I just had the glitch where my weapon is still in my hand when I got to this cutscene. This is definitely funnier tho.

I had this happen to me with a female V. Guess the very first time my wife decided to check in & look at what had been occupying me?
When I first got this ending V’s mantis blades were still there and stuck out of his body.
That’s the exact same thing that happened to me but female V. I was so confused cause I thought that is literally the end, but then I rewatched the same ending from a youtuber and his V had clothes on.
