You can get to the ranges without noclipping, I can’t remember if it’s only in some of the stores or if there are requirements before the door opens though.
U get a mission for a shooting range at your first homelocation.
When I first saw the gun shop at the beginning of the game had a range I 100% expected to be able to go in there and practice using my guns. Was really disappointed it wasn’t accessible.
Pre 2.0 I remember being able to just walk into the shooting range under the kabuki gun vendor.
I let of a few rounds but people up on the street level started freaking out so I never went back or bothered with the others.
Like so many things the gun ranges are cut content. They were originally going to be a mini-game at the gun stores in the vein of the one you get at the beginning.
This looks exactly like a gun store I went to last week, it has the same staircase and blue lighting, there was also people firing at the targets as well
I wish we could replay that mission from the megabuilding gun shop
