i cant set my native refresh rate of 240. are there any fixes? when I go to my extension block (CTA-861), 239.999 Hz (or whatever the decimals are) doesn’t appear.

what video card? displayport 1.4?
Do you have a cable with the required bandwidth
Yeah the only time I’ve seen this happen is when I didn’t have an appropriate cable. Hdmi 2.1 should do the trick
