At that point just set up a daemon that gives out your SSN and CC information. That’ll probably be harder to figure out than just exploiting XP to get them.

XP runs at under 100 MB RAM at fresh install; and I think under 50 MB if you use the FLP version. No telemetry. Minimal background junk tasks.
If it was kept disconnected from the internet and the software was compatible, it would still be an amazing OS purely for offline tasks.
