Wow! Super clean! IMO get a statue or some sort of pretty trinket (a character or an item that means something to you and/or you love) and put it in the empty spot on the left of the desk and it’s perfect.

Bro trust me, get a monitor arm and add some wall decorations! This setup has got so much potential! Would put the side monitor vertical, but that’s just preference. But I would seriously consider a monitor arm! It’s already a really great setup!

Nice and clean. Maybe do away with the top down light and get some LED strips for behind the monitor and under the desk. It will provide non-direct ambient light which is easier to the eyes and creates a nicer atmosphere in the room.
Note that you do not need to go full color!, if you are not an RGB fan. I use LED strips everywhere in my setup but I mainly use their white.

Already pretty clean.
My personal preferences would be more ambient light and a cleaner mousepad. Maybe a smaller/square mousepad in a single color or discreet pattern.
