Yes. And no. The closer to the ground, the more dust it will collect. I always put my PC on the desk. But if this is the space you have it’s not an issue. You will just need to clean it more often.

Cold air is under your desk, the hot air while go up, so it’s a great place for air cooling, but definitely not a great place to flex with your pc!

I have mine in a similar spot and the filter under the power supply always attracts more dust and cat hair than the front. Your experience might vary due to the carpet
