MW2 guns still are not tracking kill progression, I’ve seen a lot of people tell me they do. I used the base gun, no attachments or camo, cleared a merc camp and exfil to test. It doesn’t work for me. Skill issue? LMK.

They don’t track for me either. Apparently the glitch is alleviated if you had all the weapons max lvl before mw3 but that doesn’t excuse this bug existing
It’s still bugged for me too. I’m absolutely astounded that treyarch is THIS fucking idiotic and have taken so long to fix such a basic simple bug. They won’t even address its existence so it’s pretty safe to say it won’t ever get fixed.
I’m dealing with this now, trying to camo grind for the swarm. I got the golden enigma camo and it just stopped tracking progress.
The glitch only happens if the CHALLENGE was unlocked AFTER season 1. Meaning say you got a gun 4 levels away from max before season 1 launched. The first 3 challenges will track with no issue. But the 4th one will not.
It is a skill issue. The devs dont know how to make a game that functions properly
I even tried leveling up my guns in mw2 MP before going for the 3 I didn’t finish and they still don’t track. Plus side is you only need 51 and there’s what 76?
Clearly you just need a better gaming chair.
Not only is the tracking not working on most of them but the exfil unlock for the gun itself also tends to not work for a few of them
