Noshir Dalal, he’s awesome and he’s in so much stuff these days! He was in Star Wars Jedi Survivor and Horizon Forbidden West as well, and he’s active here on Reddit.
Like I needed more reasons to think Scorpion was a bad ass choom.

Cyberpunk is actually set in the RDR2 universe. Charles discovered immortality and changed his race through implants.
Have you wondered why you dont see Scorpion actually die? He faked his death so he could continue to live in peace elsewhere, the Aldecaldos became too cringe for him.
He is now everywhere ! Spider-Man 2 , Jedi survivors , horizon forbidden west ..

I knew I recognized his voice
He was unforgettable in rdr2. He’s immediately forgotten in cyberpunk. Sucks he voiced someone so insignificant
He’s also Sekiro, this dude plays only badass characters
He also voices Oda
Just wait till you realize Noshir is In probably every game you’ve played as some background character or voices.
That’s not the only one. I ran into a random NPC with Dex Deshawn’s voice. Had to do a double take when I heard it.

I love that you can make some very slick scorpion (cosplays?) outfits with all the new Phantom clothing items. Shame that everyone in Hanson’s militia also had that idea..
I just realized that the scorpion is called so because he really liked mortal kombat
