It is, going into 2024, approaching 17 years old, and going by the ports and XP badging is likely closer to 20 or even more. So yes, OP is correct in that it is super old, especially in PC terms (and it is sorta neat to see one of those still working in the wild). ^(And also my bones are transmuting into dust.)

We are still using this exact PC to run a program to input information on old SMD feeders and one is running an old reflow oven. In a way ^very ^loosely this PC is a key part to a large buisness almost every single day since it’s been made

Work places still have so many of these old computers just doing their thing. I got a guy balancing turbos on what is essentially a 20 years old rig, and other than a physical cleanup every once in a while, it’s still working just fine.
We’ve had to create filters for all intake and exhaust though because the metal dust kept killing components.

I got an HP laptop in my basement RC shop does the same thing has a 2core CPU 4gbs of ram and somehow was eligible for win 10 thing was made in 2002

Don’t knock old. I have much more respect for legacy hardware / software that is still working years later against the odds. Fancy new flashy shit barely lasts 2-5 years before it breaks.
