Latency didn’t improve from going from 3733 cl14 GDM on to 3733 cl13 GDM off 1T. Feels like there’s a hard wall with this chips. No idea if setting AddrCmdSetup to 56 has anything to do with it, that was the only thing that stabilized gdm off

Magic for latency is made in secondary/tertiary timings, you’ve skipped those? 😉 Primaries are like 20% of the work it takes to optimize RAM (imo)
DZCreeper
Yeah, that wall is the Infinity Fabric. The latency isn’t going to meaningfully decrease anymore unless FCLK goes up.
Also, don’t rely on AIDA64, it is a poor judge of real-world performance. Mix it up with stuff like y-cruncher, PyPrime, and some actual games.
Your timings are really tight, good work with the tuning. My only feedback is that your VDDG IOD probably doesn’t need to be 1.148. In fact, it should be set 40mV below your SOC voltage for best results.
