Ahh you found the secret box that everyone uses to get all their schematics, to open you just have to sacrifice 3 Xbox controllers (out of frustration from server crashes) and 2 of your operators to that giant red worm, then you simply just go and find that same box again and offer it your first born as tribute and only then will it open and give you a blue aether tool.
