i did the first race last night and instantly overclocked and forced all the cars to brake. I think its bugged bc they just never started driving again and I just casually drove to the finish line
Yeah, that’s something that was added in the last patch. It didn’t work before that. Maybe they did it to help out in the new replayable races by bringing net runners closer to the bonus weapon damage and other perks that other trees give, but who knows.

I used to have a mod that made a certain car go to 450 MPH. My surprise was in the first race when another racer was driving that car and eas super hard to keep up with because he went that fast + didn’t have to actually steer.
I had no issues getting first place in all races without any hacks (keyboard on PC)
I got to the same eureka moment while trying to shoot during car chases, it was annoying to target cars behind me etc but just quick tab and “self destruct” fixed it 😀
The emergency break hack and the override boost on ram will always let you win

I just think it’s funny trying to make the biggest pileups I can with fewest ebrake hacks
