Every person that I’ve come across that plays this game especially after Phantom Liberty says that my parents are cousins because I play male V. When I ask them why Fem V is better they cough up that her voice lines fit better, or she is cannon. IDC. If I was to guess the reason you are hating me is because I don’t like to see as much lesbian p0r3 as you do. I know some Fem V players who are chill AF and don’t care what you run. Please learn from them you half wits. ( Also apologies in advance I’m so sick of dealing with people like this, this it really a vent post.)

Like it’s literally a ROLE PLAYING GAME, no idea why people are hating on you for picking a role.
Male for doom build, female for stealth build. That’s how I do it. VA are both good in their own ways.

Most people that go with fem V play dress up with 459123 cloth mods. It’s always like that in moddable games.
I play male V too because:
1. I’m male (I don’t know if it’s normal, but I feel myself more comfortable when playing with male characters when I have the possibility to do so just because I can identify myself better with him. Only exception is when a female character is default in the game, then I don’t have these problems)
2. Panam superior, Judy inferior (Sorry, but from my point of view is Judy nothing more than an edgy teenager in a body of a grown ass woman who doesn’t really seem to understand how the world is working. I mean…..you really think that you can kick the Tyger Claws out of the Clouds with the help of your doll friends and think that they won’t try to take it back and take revenge on the ones who fought them (what they do in the end by killing Tom and making the other one flee in case you’re siding with Judy and not with Maiko)?! Are you dumb?! You may be a good techie and BD-editor, but you’re a terrible strategist! You have a good cause, but this is not enough to make the world better!)
I prefer male V because I’m male and I like to identify with my character. It’s my adventure so I wanna feel more connected to it. I don’t disparage anyone who wants to play other genders. Each to their own. As far as I’m concerned more games should allow you to choose your character. We all want to feel seen and heard and now we have the technology to be inclusive of everyone.
Play female V to bang Judy, play Male V to bang Panam and the world.

I’m a male V just because I’m one of those narcissists who always makes a self insert character. I’ve done female V and she’s a phenomenal voice actor and the Judy romance is the best one in game but I still default to male V and make him look like me every time. Can’t shake it, I do the same in every game. Lucky for me I’m a default bald white guy with a beard so making myself is always easy haha.

Play male V because I am male, I want to put myself into the game and play as if the choices I make are mine,not role-play as someone else,no offense to female v players ofcourse. I would likely want to be a nomad,as I want to be one in real life,it fits how I feel about myself the best,male v matches me as a male because he is male, and yeah,basically nomad V fo life
