I could make an argument that at that close of range zero’d out to 100m you might of actually just went slightly over the corner of his back and neck. Possibly through a part of his skin but not the hitbox. Judging by the bullet mark on the vehicle though it looks like it should have been a hit. Most likely desync. That’s why you keep that LS on a swivel!
