i7 11700k using too much voltage?

Hello everyone!

I dont know much about temps and voltages and this is something that worries me about my cpu, I dont know what to do, already set and offset of 0.050v and still is running at maximum at 1.600v? Im kinda confuse right now, so any ideas? and this cpu is always at 4.9mhz at core clocks even when using just 5.5% as you guys can see, all this is in idle btw just Hwinfo open, temp are always at 40-50° c idle and i have a 240mm AIO.

I dont want to oc or anything just normal speed is fine with me but this temp keep me worried and even in idle is hot.

any ideas? appreciate all the help and comments!
