I have a 2x16GB kit of 5600Mhz CL36 DDR5 which was the cheapest M-die kit I found when I was upgrading my PC. So far I managed to stabilize 6400Mhz CL30 with tight timings.
I tried running the kit at 6800Mhz CL32 but even with loose timings and increased volgages I was nowhere near stable. I got error at 7% in Karhu. Even 6600Mhz CL32 felt difficult and 6400Mhz seems to be the sweet spot. I don’t know if the memory controller on my i5-13600KF is bad. Motherboard QVL supports up to 7000Mhz RAM.
