Id move the monitors closer , get a desk mat and a boom arm for the mic! Other that your setup is clean !
Missing some artwork. Perhaps on the right wall. Above the monitors too, although that may be a bit tricky.

I understand the way those monitors are set up might suit how you use them, but it just looks dumb to have them separated like that

How to improve, have 2 horizontal monitors instead of one vertical. The vertical monitor is basicly only good for streamers to read chat or to save space. And you got plenty of space, idk if you’re a streamer.
Bigger mousepad for sure, so it can cover your keyboard. Also; you could get a full size keyboard with a wristrest.
You could also get a lil gamedac or some sort of desk-clock like [this](https://lametric.com/en-US/time/desk-setup) or [this](https://lovecagesm.xyz/product_details/52981612.html).
Move the speakers closer together, otherwise a nice set of speakers on either side of the main monitor would look (and sound) pretty nice.

move the left monitor MUCH closer, or you’ll have neck pain a year from now for the rest of your life. get a boom arm too.
