Your memory clock is probably pushed too far and is error correcting. Try a manual overclock.
Both CPU and GPU are up, only combined is down. That one has massive run to run variance, I bet if you run it a few times you will get higher combined score.
Try TimeSpy and see if the score is comparable to average or beyond average.
Your graphic scores are up, back to back cpu tests will degrade in performance as the heat settles in. Keep going and best of luck
