That just means you a rng of 1-5 through 100. Most people get a rare epic tool and a random perk cola

Wait do you have to have a bounty contract to get rewards from the big guy? Me and my friend got chased by him a few days ago and managed to finally beat him on the southern bridge on the edge of tier 3 but all he gave was a blue aether tool

I literally did 30 tier 3 missions today including this same bounty about 10 times…Best thing I got was a purple tool and and like 3 basic sigils. RNG can be a mean mistress.

I wish they would utilize dmzs cooldown system for insured schematics. Makes no sense why we cant shorten a 72 hour cooldown
