Same boat as you. I tried doing it solo but it wasn’t happening for me
I did it with a pap 2 raygun and decoys, the deadliest thing of this mission is actually the mercenaries. Take your time clearing the building, rooftop and the square after that it should be easy. Take a few self revives if concerned.
Place turrets on the ACV, PAP2 RGL (w/phd Flopper) and a PAP2 Swarm and it’s pretty easy solo tbh. Along with a dog (T2 is fine wouldn’t waste the bone.)
Don’t waste those items if you can’t craft these yet; and you don’t *need* these for this mission.
I’m not sure when my timers end for pap3 crystal/legend tool/gold plates/knife/bone, but I can drop these for you and bug out. Legendary+pap3 will melt anything on that mission/map; BUT still go in with a rez kit +1/2 spares, and other items as recommended in other comments. Depth perception helps alot for the merc part.
