Yea, my favorite part of 1.0 was when I got so overpowered I could talk my way out of anything.
Also 1.0 suicide spread was busted
20 body dialogue options are goated, you can literally just threaten people and they give up on attacking you. Also V straight up telling people he can kill them without any issues is hilarious
