You see that shield going around the I/O panel. Put that in BEFORE you put in the motherboard.
The big tabs on each port cutout should be bent up a little. They’re supposed to rest on the port inside the case. If they’re sticking out the back of the case it’ll block the port.

But wouldn’t MB ports send “no signal” msg if It had a separate gpu. My old pc just wouldn’t output if it detects a gpu on board.
