Edit : I think the more expensive one lets you play it on both generations of console but not 100% sure
Top is either just Series X/S copy or XB1 copy, unclear which.
Bottom gives both XB1 and Series X/S
Multigeneracion is for the Xbox series S and X consoles, they’ll have higher texture pack that the newer consoles can render that the original Xbox one console cannot due to being old. So instead of selling one version and just automatically switch the texture pack Activision decided to charge more for higher textures, same thing happen on PlayStation.
The first one can only be played on Xbox One and the second one can also be played on Series S/X I think
But go with the second one, graphics are better
Bottom one gives you next gen version of the game as well as the previous gen version.
Top only gives you one or the other.
Top one is the Xbox one version, bottom one contains the series x/s version with hd textures
