How often are you trying to kill V by slotting into BDs that you find under suspicious circumstances?

Is it the same outcome? Do you always get the option to say that Holt had hand in Rhyne’s murder to the Peralez? Because the braindance kinda confirms that Rhyne was murdered rather than just an accident they tried to cover up. For me BD is much more damning evidence.
If you tell the Peralzes that Holt murdered Rhyne then Peralez wins the election by a landslide, otherwise it’s a pretty tight race which Peralez just edges.
I think it affects what you tell Peralez. You either have a hunch that the cops murdered Rhyne or you have solid evidence.
I found the place and all the evidence before I started the quest. Meant that I got overlapping voice lines when I re-entered the office telling me what to look for and discussing what I found simultaneously
