I do all but like four that you can’t by stealth takedowns.
The easiest one for me to do this with is the one in the parking garage.
you can also use a memory wipe quick hack to stun them for a few seconds giving you enough time to slide in and choke hold them
I remember this one gave me some trouble. Would have been nice knowing this before lol.
Alternatively what I do is to use my Sandy and spam attacks with a stun baton until I get the prompt to grab them from behind and then do a Non-lethal takedown
It can be done with most cyberpsychos but I feel like it kinda trivializes the whole thing

literally walk up, whack with sir phallus, neutralized and done
Some can also be taken out by dropping on their heads and performing a takedown that way
I remember when the dlc came out I could chokehold maxtac. Not anymore!
Activate sandy, knife stun, slip behind them, and put them to sleep.
