Does it only happen on that part of the screen or anywhere you move the cursor? Entirely guessing but the former could be a monitor issue, the latter, your GPU

Monitor issue. Mouse is white – 100% RGB. Every pixel has 1 red 1 green and 1 blue led. When you drag mouse somewhere else Other pixels must switch to 100/100/100. Every pixel is connected vertical and horizontal. So in your situation Vertical “logic” to that pixel is damaged.

That’s permanent. You can try putting pressure by squeezing the bezel where the line is and it might go away. Worth a shot.
