I disabled single press functions, but the little hell spawn is starting to figure out how to pillow muffle my pc. Any advice?

You can edit the behavior of the power button so that when pressed it does nothing in windows. Long press forced restart still works.

He’s got a sneaky look about him he’s plotting something.

Just put a cardboard box next to the tower

  4. ROOSTER8082

put a small book or something over it so that it covers the power button but not your air flow

He’s looking at you like “no kitties?”

    Look at its face

    It knows…

    It thinks it’s a good idea…

Heh. Cute kitty. I bought a new case with the power button on the front for this very reason.

  8. Well, in the cat’s defense, it’s a pretty light button, I’d press it if I didn’t know better.

A couple pieces of double sided tape might keep that one brain cell off the pc.

Only solution: replace the stock power button with a missile switch. Problem solved.

  11. A bottle cap and some hot glue for the time being?

lol I have same problem. I took a notecard and a singe piece of tape. Flip it up and turn it on. The notecard is just thick enough. Use two note cards if he’s chonky

Good case, that! Is it just a Define or an XL?

I have the same case and my cats are always turning my shit off

Cut a cardboard flap and use electrical tape. Cat can have its paws on it but the force is distributed and won’t press any buttons

Lol.. define r4 or r5? That is a seriously bright led. Had heard people complain about it, didn’t figure it could be *that* bad. Also got some silicone dust plugs for the 3.5mm and usb ports. Convenient up top but also dust collectors.

I have had the same thought with my fractal torrent compact

If you wanted quick fix, i double folded over some duct tape and put it on top of the power button, and my cat literally never stepped on it ever again.

You could get a washer with the same inside diameter as the outside diameter of the button and some double-sided tape. The button will basically be recessed so that the cat’s paws can’t reach it.

Bottle cap and some tape! Worked for me and my devil

  21. Put a cucumber over your computer. Might work. Just try it.
