I think people shouldn’t jump the gun again and start creating theories on a game we know nothing about. They promised this in 2077, it didn’t happen, people understandably got upset. It’s just gonna be a repeat. Be like me and don’t pay attention to any news outlets or really any news regarding game features. I avoided all Phantom Liberty stuff and only watched the trailers after I’d played through the expansion. It’s a much happier life, imo.

I would hope so since they’re using UE, I’d imagine familiarity with the engine will free a bit of workload or at least time that they can use to expand on systems already in C77 and create new ones, like a better branching and interconnected story and choices.

Just leave people in suspense until the game is done, announce it, then release it 3 months later. Fallout 4 had one of the best releases I’ve experienced. Just enough time to get excited without losing patience. No overhyped details before they even program it into the game.

It really should. Matter of fact, I would love to see basically a couple shorter, intertwined games, based on lifepath, and for there to be more than the three we’re given. “Nomad”, “Streetkid”, and “Corpo” aren’t the only possible types of character you can build in the source material.

Cp2, 3 and 4 I’ll be there for if the end goal is gta night city that’s just multiplayer contained and not just gtavas it is today. Make us want the next Gen, give us more, make it soloable add more and keep in what worked and build on the city that never sleeps vibe

People are quick to say “they’ve said this before but didn’t happen” but fail to realize that a lot of the rumors regarding the game were made up by media & the community, & the devs quite literally responded saying that they weren’t true.
And redditors being redditors of course downvoted them for it.
I’m not gonna listen to any of the hype until it comes straight from the devs.
