The ttk in this game seems to vary suspiciously. I think they probably manipulate the outcome of gunfights at times through damage and health and possibly hit reg.
Impossible to know for sure since the servers are such pure garbage. Barely playable is the default server performance.

Nah b. Do you have any idea how hard it would be to implement skill base damage for all 100 players on a map. each would get a unique line of code that would change in game based off player performance.

This is such a bad example if you wanted to prove this kind of thing, hipfire with dual wield pistols and you are complaining about inconsistent damage huh who could have guessed
