A shelf would do this space wonders! Maybe some wall art? Or even a full desk mat! The desk mat felt like it transitioned my setup to be a full battle station. Good job so far!

I would move your pc to the right more and put it straight to give you more desk space then I would get a duel monitor stand to bring the monitors eye level so you can game for longer without breaking your neck
Mount the monitors to eliminate the stands. Once mounted, id sit them tight together with minimal gap or have the left monitor vertical if you are into that.
Get a XXL rectangular pad for both the mouse and keyboard
Straighten out your tower & push to the edge. The gap between the mounted monitors will be enough room for your headset stand.
A comfy small rug for underneath, a few small plants or figures under the monitors once mounted and you’re good to go.
Either a floating shelf above or displates / posters on the wall, whatever the budget allows for.
All just my personal preference, looks good as it is. Whatever suits you! 👍
Dual monitor mount. You’ll have much more space and it’ll look much better. Straighten the pc on the desk, and some cable management.
Thanks for reminding me I was gonna tidy up my rats nest behind my desk.
I would get a bigger mouse pad, just because it looks cleaner to have it fully cover the keyboard, bigger monitors too, idk what size these are but they look small so I would upgrade that, if space is an issue I would try to move the pc and also get monitor arms. Decorations wise I would add a shelf with some cheap lighting from govee
