Just wanted to share my janky “budget” dual 4090 build. I used a refurbished x570 and R9 5950x, along with 64gb of second hand ram. Then I got 2 PCIE 4.0 risers from aliexpress and a peice of wood. I saved thousands of dollars from the proper way to do this, which involves pro grade threadripper motherboard/cpus which cost more than a 4090.
