Cyberpunk path traced at 4k is stunningly beautiful

It’s beautiful alright but man is it a resource hog. Without any tracing at all my game sits at a rock solid 145 FPS, thereabouts. With ray tracing it drops to an average of 110 or so, still completely playable. With path tracing enabled it plummets to about 65-70, depending on where I am and what I’m doing. It’s great tech but hopefully it will be better optimized in the coming years.

It looks really great but I can’t get over the ghosting.

Can you upload the video on youtube for better quality ? This looks amazing

And that’s why I held off on buying the game until I owned a machine that could run those specs. And I’m just waiting for 4090s to drop enough in price – and for the power plug melting issue to get resolved – to upgrade from my 4080.

Are you using DLSS performance or balanced and which sharpness level are you using?

It is definitely one of the most visually beautiful games ever, that’s for sure.

  9. Sometimes I drag my PC downstairs just to enjoy Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K path traced on an OLED display… with Phillips Ambilight.
