Pretty stoked on this build. Now tell me why it sucks…

Your right monitor is lower than the left, your lamps are being blocked by your monitors, your speakers aren’t facing you very well so you aren’t getting the best sound and.. and.. nah bro it’s a great setup and I like it. everything I mentioned is a lot of nitpicking and it’s a really nice work station. I like the compactness and the laptop being in the center. Great job

For me, wrist support (though you might use your chair arms for that?).

Other than that, nothing too majo…OH MY GOD THAT MIDDLE SUPPORT.

  3. aparaatti

that small screen in the middle would drive me insane 🙃

Can’t cross your legs under the desk.

Speaker placement should probably be at head level; pointed at you, not converging past you; current placement would be correct if you were sitting back 5-10ft from them. They should be pulled away from the walls a fair bit as well. Certainly not touching the walls at all. Sitting on a rubber isolation pad would be even better.

    Char is hella non-ergonomic.

I’m glad you’re not splitting your 2 monitors l/r, but it’s cleaner looking to have the laptop off to one side, assuming you’re okay with your lighting/video being higher up than it currently is.

  6. What’s the device underneath your left monitor with the glass tubes? An amp?

i guess you cannot get close to the desk as the centre support is there . that’s a shame

  8. That middle support. Little gap in mid is for your genital to squeeze in and dock? Overall my legs will hate it.

The magic mouse is objectively terrible, and it only has about 5 inches of space, despite all that desk mat.

The tiny screen in the middle is a weird choice, too. Why use the integrated screen at all? Just clamshell that noise.

Real bias lighting kits are a thing, so there’s no need for the downtrodden desk lamps.

And as others have said, that middle support is a travesty.

Your tube Amp thinks you’re slutty.

If you are proud of it why do you need to tell us what’s wrong with it? Just be proud of your build and enjoy it

Man, the Quadcast mic has given me so many problems. Randomly disconnects from PC and sometimes just does not work with some problems

The monitors are spaced too far apart and aren’t at head level. Apart from that, this setup is lovely. 🙂

I‘d prefer a Battlestation that can be used for more than just web browsing and boring shit

just don’t roll your chair too fast forwards and it’s gonna be ok

2 lamps, no plants, and the shittiest possible “mouse pad”

It does not suck It looks pretty professional

Seems overcrowded and has no warmth. It’s a place to work, not to play. Too busy, too many distractions and notifications coming from the phone or the iPad or the laptop. Love the amp though. Vacuum tubes bring back good memories. Maybe some shelves with some
Plants and maybe mount the speakers up to clear some desk space.

I sure happy for having something between my legs.. but that’s… disturbing 😅

I’d put a keyboard tray under both sections of the desk for extra and perhaps putting peripherals away to give more desk space.

  21. newrose4u

broe got t rex arms the way his mouse and keyboard layout is set up

  22. captain-lurker

Looks like a torture device for your balls :X

  23. ProfessorKrung

I do not understand thee smallest monitor being your primary display.

  24. I ca only imagine how will you be siting leg split

  25. KlausBertKlausewitz

Speakers are almost behind your ears.
