You were on top of the chest the mimic spawned from and basically got smacked with a death barrier, it happened to me once I just don’t run on those chests anymore.

u went inside mimic spawn and got deleted. This is a common bug. Also I give you my condolences. MW3 is a fun yet cruel game.
