I’ve been having this issue for the last month or so, I hit the reload button and it reloads multiple times sometimes without actually reloading the gun. It only happens on my PS5, I play on XSX as well and it doesn’t happen on it. I’ve reset my internet router, the console and nothing fixes it.

You’re reload cancelling… Do you have auto sprint on? Your sprint is cancelling the reload, causing you to have to reload multiple times. I would check your settings regarding anything to do with sprinting.
Or just stop using that bullshit ass gun 🤷🏻♂️🤌🏽
Update: somehow “Sprint Cancels Reload” was Enabled, 🤷. I have no idea how that even happened I’ve had this game for almost a year with all settings dialed in I’m sure I’ve never touched this especially most recently. Thank you for your help folks.
It’s actually a useful setting once you get used to the timing.
