Had this awhile back. I’m pretty sure you just have to uninstall —> reinstall the game and it should fix itself.
Make sure you have all your content packs installed and/or the cross gen bundle thing installed. Each is only a few mb and I noticed without them I would get the same error

had this problem as well. reported it & sent a picture to Microsoft and they fixed it.
I have the same problem, just gonna try uninstall the game and reinstall.
Dont know what to do if it doesn’t work x.x
