Edit: I’m 99% done with The Long Dark. That game is really satisfying.

DOOM Eternal. You quite literally get better weapon and suit upgrades if you decide to 100% the game

spiderman. no doubt the side content is flawed, but the core gameplay and traversal are so good it is still very fun for me

Without a doubt: God Of War Ragnarok.
Each incremental step to complete 100% of the game was accompanied by more and more stories and lore and overall world richness that never felt repetitious.
It was so satisfying and engaging a game experience that it really ruined games for me for the rest of this year. The bar has been set so high. It’s a masterpiece.

Breath of the Wild! Its vast open world, challenging puzzles, and epic battles kept me hooked for hours on end. Plus, the freedom to explore and discover hidden treasures made it an absolute delight. Trust me, fellow gamers, give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!

Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 + Phantom Liberty.
My journey in this universe began years ago with the very first teaser, accompanied by Archive’s music, the ambiance of futuristic dreams, and trust in CD Projekt Red, thanks to The Witcher’s triumph over the competition.
My initial attempt to play the game was at the premiere with a less powerful PC. It was decent; I completed 30%, and I appreciate the experience.
Upon the release of version 2.0, equipped with a 4090, I fully embraced ray tracing and immersed myself in the captivating narrative. I carefully listened to dialogues, engaged in missions, embraced the music with new headphones—the transition felt like the best orgasm. Full immersion.
Following the expansion’s release, I anticipated maximum entertainment but was unprepared for such an engaging, deep story. Everything clicked; characters gained layers, and encounters became more intriguing. Making decisions intended to lead to the dream ending.
Yet, the ending and “faces in the crowd” shattered me into a million pieces. I won’t spoil much, but Misty’s appearance and conversation allowed players to deeply identify with the characters.
From the trailer through funny bugs, in-game secrets, the entire community, the Netflix series, gadgets, millions of fans, and finally, a game that’s a technological marvel, all culminating in an emotional experience. Undoubtedly, the best journey in the gaming world I’ve ever had.
