I have a 5600x using a h115 aio, temps while idle are much closer together between cores like 2c or something. But for some reason when under load the like a stress test the difference is as great as 13-15c. Surely this isn’t normal. I’ve repasted the cooler multiple times but the temps are always consistently like this, so I’m convinced it has nothing to do with human error on the mount.
I have activated pbo and tuned it to run with a negative curve of 30 on all cores except core 4 which is on -21. But this makes even less sense because surely that would mean core 4 would be hotter than the rest right? Is this difference anything to be worried about? And does anyone have any idea what could cause this? Did I just get a weird chip?
